Correct interpretation of symptoms! Full AMP Indicator and no Wipers suggest open Fuse 1...either actually blown, or maybe just open due to poor connections...remove cover, visually inspect element...if it looks intact, and spinning it in the holder returns things to normal, it's time for some ACZP on those connections (haven't I sent you any yet?), and maybe a refurbed FB.

Moisture of high pressure carwash may very well have contributed...the corrosion which develops at the minimal contact area between the fuse and contacts can absorb moisture and cause an open.
