I rplaced the header pipe for the first time on my rusty 90. The bolts from the header to the manifold came ou so easily that I could reuse them with out a problem. I replaced the cat also. The bolts between the cat and header I bought from a hardware store nothing fancy. The ones I took out were also from the hardware store 10 years ago - and were still in reasonably good shape after 10 Michigan winters.
