Well here goes an attempt to give you measurement..I apologized for the other mixed message curve ball..I was removing the trim from the Volvo and doing new fender for the 65 Dodge..they both black..the Dodge fender spear is extension of door trim so that clears up that..

the fender trim horizontal line will be established from the conjuction of the fender, center nose section. At this point use a flexible tape and pull across the top of the fender and mark at 18 1/8 inch...at the rear the measurement is take at the conjuction of the fender and the cowl..pulling a tale aross the top and mark at 7 3/8. Now pop a chalk line from the front mark through the rear and pop a line, contine this straight line a bit forward by reversing rear to front to ensure you have a straight edge. The most rear of the five holes is from the fender to cowl going to the rear holes is 9 1/2 inch, next hole @ 18 7/8 next at 28 1/8 next @ 37 1/2 and most forward hole 46 13/16.

YOUR measurements may vary just a tad from mine depending on flexable tape being used and a slight variance between my reference point and the exact area you marked from. tape your trim in place and verify you are content with the look prior to drilling the holes..

Parking light holes...

from bottom of fender up to center is 5 3/4 inch
from the wheel opening on parallel to center of hole is 6 3/4 inch
from the grill edge of the fender to the center of the hole is 11 7/16 inch..

another quick look using a framing square across the top of the light bezel and along side the outside of the bezel and mark your opening center to be 3/16 inside of the right angle 11 inches inches down ( inside the square)
