What sensor controls fuel injectors? 700 1992

I have a 1992 740 Regina wagon..I have replaced filter and relay but am not starting. I am getting fuel all the way to injectors but still no start. Is there a sensor that controls injectors? I cant figure out why fuel is getting all the way to injectors but still not starting...I have fire on all cylinders..any help would save my sanity!!!
