I have found 6mm or 7mm (I'm pretty sure they're 7mm) wiper refills in-store at both Pep Boys and Advance Auto. They won't be Bosch brand but Trico or one of the those brands. Rather than carry them in different lengths, Advance Auto carries them in one long length. The metal stiffener strips are scored at 1 inch increments so that you can snap them off at the correct length and cut the rubber squeegy to match. The remnants work on the headlight wipers if your car has those.
