Yes I did that.

I got a few websites were all the codes were clumped together in numerical order. Remembering that on the FAQ here (which I was finally able to rediscover that part of the FAQ and bookmark it) had them separated by which hole the code came out of, I assumed there was a reason for that and maybe A-2 AND A-3 have a 2-2-2 and they refer to different issues. I wanted to double check my answer with a resource I trust.
