Is my current igntion timing right? 140-160 1969

So I have a '69 144S with a B20B equipped with petronix electric ignition and weber carb. My vacuum is sealed off. My Haynes guide says that originally the engine should be at 10 degrees BTDC. I am at 14 degrees BTDC. Is this correct or okay to have? Does the electronic ignition or carb change anything? If so, what should I set it to?
