87 740 Turbo fuel problem

"Even when the relay is jumped there is no fuel."

If no fuel then maybe some type of restriction or you ran it out of gas.(been known to happen. When I replaced my main pump. Had to pull off the rear hose and gravity feed had fuel running out.
