Throttle 120-130

I've had this exact situation before with SU carbs. The situation is encouraged by the throttle shafts running straight on the pot metal carb bodies. The throttle shafts can wear ridges in the carb throat, then the shafts wear a little slack in the pivot, and then the whole throttle mechanism can settle down a little, which allows it to catch more easily on the ridge.
