Central locking

It's a 92 240 wagon.
All locks(except tailgate, which I know has broken wires) lock when I turn key in drivers door.
But three doors don't unlock with key in drivers door( except they did an hour ago, and when I worked the button up and down then, too.)
I hear clicking when I turn the key, and the buttons move a little, but not enough to unlock the non- drivers doors.
