Replace Cruise Control Unit ? How To Test It ?? 900 1994

Hi. Wow. Very kind of you. I checked module/relay under dash. It is fine. Think I named it incorrectly. The part I think is bad/needs replacing is vacuum pump. # 1273226 . Not sure if last # was a 6 or an 8 but looked to be a 6. Anyway I took it apart by popping off the cover and all looked fine inside. contacts and wires were clean, turned motor by hand - was fine, cam moved piston up & down fine. Is there a way to definitively test just this part ? Am going to check codes to see if this helps to point me to problem. If that doesn't help I will take you up on your generous offer. How do I get ahold of you ??
