V8 ? 200 1989

If you got the car cheap, the drivetrain cheap, and did a lot of the fabrication and installation work yourself, you could come out some $$ ahead. That's if, IF you can find that rare buyer who wants the car, and at a price where you do in fact, come out ahead. It might sell for $10k, tops, probably less.

This is coming from a guy who has a superbly done Volvo V8 conversion (CA smog legal LT-1 with 6-speed), but a few modest selling initiatives have failed to turn up a decent offer. No worries, fun car, I'll keep it.
