240 Torque rod bushings

Just did these today. The shop wanted $580 to do the job! I had no problems jacking up the rear end, up on jackstands, and in 20 min. I had the torque rods out. Pressing the bushings was a pain. I used a hydraulic press. Took me an hour. t's important to have just the right size plumbing parts to do the pressing with. Make sure to index the new bushings the same way the old ones were. I recommend just buying the ipd adjustable rods with bushings already installed. Save yourself the hassle.
