Echoing the others, hanging onto that car should trump other financial sources of reduction. I just checked the mileage on my 89 with its AW-71 to be 27.5 mpg again which is admirable for that weight and size car. Having sold cars to cover temporary stress always resulted in permanent regret for me, and, what hurt more, is later spending more for less. If you do decide to sell it, please give the Brickboard community first chance.
