I'm having a hard time understanding what the actual fitment concerns are.

But,
Any B18 or B20 intake manifold will fit fine. You just need to plug the fuel injector holes with freeze plugs (VP Autoparts has them)

Any B18 or B20 exhaust manifold will also fit that head.
