Fixed my cars symptoms by a new sensor.
Weird enough the sensor worked normal outside the block in boiling water and ice, but resistance was low in the block.
The sensor was mounted without the alu ring.
I think this ring is essential in preventing compression on the shoulder of the sensor when tightening.
At least we now have a spare.
