If it's worn seals then Lucas PS Stop Leak will work for a while. I used it when mine started losing fluid, but it was through pinhole(s) in the rusted steel interconnecting lines. Lucas increases the viscosity, so that slows down the leaks. Mine finally let go and spewed all the fluid in the dead of winter. I drove it for a few months using armstrong steering and a splash of ATF now and again to keep the PS pump lubricated until I found a junkyard rack and the weather got warmer.
