it is still in place. i had never seen or heard of the balance shaft belt until i took this damn 740 apart. my grandfather didnt know it was a 16 valve when he bought it a few years ago and i had no idea they were a bit uncommon, i wanted to put an 8 valve head on it in its place but then i read there was other crap i had to do as far as wiring, again, i cant stress how ragged out the interior is, this is the third hood on it, the tail gates bent, ill post pics of the poor beast when i get this all resolved and done, and perhaps a youtube video like the kid did with his honda running on 2 and 3 cylinders
