Are there instructions on how to refill? 200

Hi Trev29,

You can rest assured that I would have responded to you if I had ever dissected one of these. If I had any experience here, which I do not, there would be pictures.

But I responded to Ken's guessing with some quotes from the documentation which seem to indicate you are dealing with gas-filled hydraulic cylinders. Having a friend whose first full time job 50 years ago was in a gas strut factory, I learned some time ago the reason for gas, as compared with compressed air, was the ability to control moisture content and prevent corrosion. Moisture also affects the compressible's temperature coefficient.

So, if you follow the green-cap tire fad, you might try to rebuild with a Schrader valve (if the seals are still capable) and have them charged with N2 at the tire place. Well, if your question was meant as a joke, my answer should be likewise taken. If not, some research may be needed to determine the fill pressure.
