Ignition Switch Question...not about how to remove it 120-130 1966

Hey Ron, thanks for your reply...my question is where/what is the starter relay? Actually, I think I figured it out...there is a connector on the solenoid and when I put the green wire on it got the coil to start the car but the starter wouldn't shut off...which caused plenty of uncomfortable grinding when the motor started running, and then it started smoking at the switch again...now everything seems to be back to normal as long as I use the switch to turn the car "on" and the rigged up starter switch to start it...the guy has a wire that goes from the fuse box (second terminal down on the right) to the Bosch coil and the fuel pump. The black wire from the original coil is also connected to the Bosch coil...I thought maybe it was smoking because the switch has to be grounded to the dash and I had loosened the screws and it was free...not sure why it smokes from the switch but must have something to do with the other guys wires...or all 3 switches are faulty? Anyway, thanks...I'm gonna read up on some stuff
