M40/41 Shifter Extension Differences

Volvo made the 2 piece shift cover for the 1975 140 and 164 Volvos.

Notice the rubber block mounted in between the 2 halves for dampen vibration.

This shift cover will bolt onto any M40/M41, but you may have to accommodate for the different wiring of the reverse light and possibly the overdrive lockout switch depending on which car you install it in.
