No start when hot 700 1987

How did you verify fuel? The RSR is the likely culprit if your plugs are dry
when it wont start.

Note: "Fuel at the rail" isn't the same as the injectors opening with fuel at the rail.

Make sure that the ground to the intake manifold is good!
