Thanks team, I will check out the fuel pressure and get back to you. To answer some of your questions: The car has 188k miles. It is due for a flame trap cleanout. Fuel mileage has been consistent, and it did just pass Maryland emissions test with flying colors. I don't think fuel level of the tank makes a differnece. I was in the tank last year to replace the in-tank pump, but I will re-check those hose conections.
