Could Bad Catalytic Converter be causing Code 221? 200 1989

hello

i buy from these people "this" sensor half dozen at a time and then use quality "UNINSULATED" crimps and splice in the new sensor to the old harness.

it is easier to remove the harness and do this job on a bench.

also make sure you use shrink tubing on each of the 3 new sensor harness connections
