UPDATE! 200 1989

So this morning I got around to doing a proper test to check for crankcase pressure using the glove test. After driving about 7 miles I put the car in park and with engine idling I open the oil cap and put a latex glove over the filler hole. The glove almost got sucked in! So NEGATIVE pressure! I double checked by putting another glove over the fill hole, and the glove again got sucked in.

Phew. Now I can proceed with replacing the crankshaft seals and will also do the timing belt and replace the water pump while work is being done there. The oil leak seems to be seeping onto the water pump. I've read the Erling seals are bad and should be avoided. Any seal/belt recommendations?
