I did a lot of searching for those channel seals a few years ago for my '81 242. Never found anything OEM or even a usable substitute. Eventually found an old 2 DR at a PNP. The seals were hard and brittle but all in one piece.

You might talk to Redwood Chair. He sourced new window scrapers from somewhere outside the USA. It may require a large quantity group buy.

Perhaps it could be reproduced in just straight sections then joined with weather strip adhesive to fit both 2 and 4 door. The 2 door is just longer along the top. The curved corner is notched along the edge to allow it to bend.
