The reason I ask is they both started acting up at the same time ...ABS light on, speedometer jumping.
I pulled the cluster, used some dielectric grease on the connections. When I put it back together and drove it.. it was good. Had a slight twitch at about 40, then cleared up. ABS came on shortly in the drive.
So I came back, removed all the trim to get to the ground bolt ..lower left kick panel...removed it, added grease and put back together.
So back on the road...jumping speedo is back, but not near as bad as when all this started. ABS on.
Should this tell me it is a grounding issue somewhere.
One caveat ..I did apply the grease, but the connections all looked good, so I just left that part alone. Did I mess up here?
Thanks for all help.
