Behind the instrument cluster.

If you need a new 1, I have them of course, but you can go to just about any auto parts store and ask for a 2 pole 12 volt flasher relay and it should work.

IIRC, the part number is 550.

In most cases, if you tell them it's for a Volvo, they won't find it listed in their catalogs.
