Hello Randy,

I believe the intermittent relay is below a metal sheet panel below the drivers left foot. You could pull it and reflow the solder joints in the relay and see how that goes. Not a real big deal. You do have to pull the door strip pliable molding and peel the carpet back to get at that panel
