Well,
I finally got around to working on this and swapped the AMM and it appears to have fixed it. I only too a short {3 mile} test drive but, it didn't lurch. Thanks to everyone for the replies. I also cleaned the throttle body and butterfly but I think the AMM fixed it. Weird the AMM would cause this.
