Ok its not the relay then.

The grey pressostat is a MUST if you use AC. Otherwise the AC doesn't have any sensor mounted on condenser to turn the radiator fan on. And your AC will perform badly. If you'll refrain from using AC then its ok not to connect the grey pressostat.

Meanwhile keep the middle electrical connector stays connected at the relay for the ECU to turn radiator fan on (for engine cooling).
