I had a similar problem on a Chevy Suburban several years back. Turned out to be the rubber brake hoses. It seems when they get old they don't let the fluid move freely which keeps some pressure in the calipers. Crack open the bleeder valves & see if any fluid squirts out. If so, then check to see if the wheels spin easier. If this doesn't work you may have a stuck pad or caliper. Good luck
