I've been changing bushings in the front control arms in my 1998 V90. I've been having the problem that the OEM (Boge) front bushings have gotten too small for my control arms: I've gotten one set from FCP Euro, and just checked another one at a dealer -- same problem -- they just get in and out easily, feels like a fraction of mm difference in size from what it should be. The ones I removed (Febi) still fit right - the outer diameter of the bushing is that fraction of mm more. I wonder what happened: did I screw my control arms up last time around by installing aftermarket bushings, or am I dealing with some kind of defective batch of new ones? The part number is 6819537, the Febi does not seem to be available anymore, but there are other aftermarket alternatives. I know, I know, I can just get a set of aftermarket control arms, but with the little experience I have, putting the new bushings in is really not that big of a deal, and I do like the original aluminum control arms better than the Chinese manufactured replacements...
