Bad intake manifold gasket?

I just did some maintenance to the brakes when greasing the bearings so i don't think it is a stuck caliper however i will check.

The whining noise is there at all times once the car is hot or after its been running for over 5 minutes from cold.
tomorrow i will do some of the items mentioned in the forums thanks to all
