Tired of working on this one 200 1991

I bought the white 240 wagon near Atlanta in 2006. Odometer broke at 215,000 in 2007 and the speedo just stopped working. Replaced the tranny with a 70L in 20012. Painted the hood and sides in 2013 after taking it nearly down to the primer cleaning off grease with the purple cleaner. The drivers seat was also rebuilt with a good skin in 2009. The interior isn't in bad shape and would look good again with some detailing, except for the Backboard in the rear hatch panel.
The car still looks good but is beginning to develop some surface rust on the seams at the bottom of rockers. An easy fix if I had the time. The left rear quarter panel was replaced by the previous owner. It wasn't prepped properly and developed rust on the seam behind the rear door.
The left ball joint and a front right brake hose to pass inspection. I just replaced the waterpump which is now leaking and the power steering pump. The motor still runs smooth but makes the typical noises that you would expect from a Volvo approaching 300k. The driveshaft was balanced and the trailing and rods were replaced with polys. The shocks are still in good shape but are mismatched with rear heavy duty springs and low compression KYBs. .The car has 15in alloys with Michelin snows in good shape. There is also an extra set of 15in alloy rims that will go with the car.I also have extra parts from my 89 240 that I disassembled in 2011 that need to go.
The ball joint and brake hose will have to be replaced for $191.00 next week to pass inspection. I'm wondering how much I should ask. I live near Rochester,NY.
