Cranks - No Start 700

First, if spark is indeed adequate at the coil, I would pull a spark plug and test for spark there. Also test the ignition wires.

Check the battery wires, their grounds and the starter.

I don't think they do, but do the 90 700's have the 25 amp blade fuel injection fuse under the hood like the 240's did until early 1991 models? Behavior sounds like my 240 when that fuse/fuseholder got badly corroded.
