Headlight issue on a '68 120-130

It's a see saw....see this.

Like I said u don't need to control it with the stalk toggle. Actually no need for the old Volvo relay at all, I still have mine but I'm pretty sure I could control the HLs with something simpler vis à vis Relays et all..
