Cold Start Injector Missing 200 1991

Bosch LH-Jetronic 3.1, usually with manual transmission? Does not have cold-start valve (injector).

Else, maybe a prior owner deleted it.

The cold start injector merely sprays (injects) fuel into the air intake manifold port when the engine is cold enough, via the engine coolant temp sensor (ECT) during engine start only.

Cold start injector does not help with warm up.

You can look at the AMM / MAF, if a four pin version. Or, in the passeneger foot well, remove the rubber door trim to remove the kick panel to the right of the passenger's right-leg. What is the PN of the Bosch LH-Jetronic ECU?

Bosch PN "0 280 000-572"

Also, the four pin AMM has the Bosch PN ending in -001.
Bosch PN "0 280 217 001"

Lest you have the five-pin LH-Jetronic AMM ending in -016 which is 2.4.

Unless someone screwed with it.

Unrelated Inside the air filter box is the preheat flappy valve. Always fails to hot, and can ruin the AMM. If the silver accordion style hose is present between the exhaust manifold heat shield and the bottom of the air filter box, replace the preheat flappy valve thermostat or delete the silver hose and remove the diverter, or so that the primary air inlet is from the cool air inlet.

Lettuce know hhhhwhut you got, I'll tell yeh.
