240 Wheel Questions

Hi all,
I have a question concerning wheel interchangability on a 240. I have a 1986 DL with steel 14" wheels. I've just found a set of 14" Scorpius wheels for sale that I would possibly like to purchase. These wheels were used on a 1993 240.I thought I read there was a bolt pattern or offset change somewhere in the 240 production run. Will these wheels fit my car? Also are there differences in the wheel applications through the model years.
