Is the bracket on the bottom of the window glass removable?

Never done it on a Volvo but on a Buick. Used a heat gun to remove good brackets from a bad window to a good window(but had wrong brackets, canadian window). Heat applied and a rubber mallet tapping the brackets off. But my brackets were 2 made out of plastic.
