You shouldn't need the relocation kit. The flame trap on your 91, and all newer 240's, should be above the intake. The older 240's had it under the intake.

You might end up needing to replace everything in the PCV system. Although I choose cleaning rather than replacing my breather box. The small hose to the intake (that I mentioned in my previous post) and the breather box hose are both prone to clogging. As are the flame trap and breather box.

One more thought. I kept the flame trap but I tossed the flame trap screen on both my 240 and 850. Not a single issue with either car. The screen can definitely clog. Your call....
