update the timing gears seem fine as rotor is moving and I can feel camshaft move when turn it over by hand, I unhooked the fuel line @the carbs and finally got a great flow of gas from the pump apparently danny was correct back pressure wouldn't allow gas to come out of the pump, I'm not running yet but went out last night and found that it would pump fine unhooked from the carb, thanks again
