Thanks Art. As I mentioned, the Rubber on the trim is hard. Many moons ago , When I had a windshield put in, In less then a year the new clips broke on the corner. So it's been lots of years since, It has to be worse.

Yes, Building... It's been about 3 years longer then expected. Architects kept thinking they knew more of what I wanted then I did. Spent many hours telling them to Undo the changes they made to my drawings.
