240 in tank pumps are junk.

My 1975 240 had gravity feed to pump.1990 no more pre pump.drilled hole lower corner of tank.steel line into well.problem solved.plastic filter to pump.tank is cleaned of debris.runs great.it works for cis,will work for efi.my body is screwed up, not replacing pre pump one time is a bonus.
