Hope you're well and stay so. From and rear carpets from a 960 sedan will fit any 940 sedan. The front carpets from a 960 sedan will also fit 940 wagons.

Rear carpets from a sedan may require minor alterations, to fit in a 940 wagon. The rear seat cushions in a wagon are hinged at the front edge, to allow the lower cushions to be rotated upwards and forwards. Once that's done, the upper rear cushions can be rotated forward and downward. That creates an extension of the cargo space.
