You got me curious about this interesting old book so I had to go sleuthing.
The title is 'Volvo Fuel Injection Fault Tracing' with no other information. The cover cartoon is two Vikings standing around a Viking version of a Flinstones mobile. It turns out it's a Volvo Training School booklet, one of a number of such booklets done in the 1970s.
Most of the online PDF versions of this booklet are identical to the one found in the OzVolvo.org archives. They are all missing the first few pages, including the inside front cover, page 1 contents, and a second cartoon page.
I eventually tripped over a full version of it on a Swedish 240 website that has all kinds of old 140/164 manuals including a number of other Volvo Training School manual. Most have a downloadable PDF. Many are in Swedish, but there are lots of English manuals as well. It's well worth poking around on this 240 website using Google Translate starting with the home page.
Here's a link to a Google translated version of their 140/164 index of manuals, which includes a link to their PDF copy of that 73 page coil bound booklet. It's actually a slightly newer printing of the original manual. The contents are the same, but the page numbering is enhanced. It's also of much better quality.

eBay would be the logical place to keep an eye out for it as well as posting a request on other Volvo groups. I note that you posted this in the 900 index of the RWD forum here. You should also post a request selecting the 140-160 model index in case some of those people don't follow the newer models, or better still select the ALL models index in your post heading area.
