Temperature sender Banjo bolt leaks 444-544

Banjo bolts usually have copper crush washers on both sides. Copper is soft and expands better with heat to maintain a seal. You shouldn't re-use copper washers unless you anneal them to soften the copper again. If it still leaks, are the threads damaged or worn? Are the mating surfaces less than perfect?
