The ignition timing depends on your engine and the quality of fuel you're using. The following value are straight out of my Haynes manual (Vaccuum connection on distributor removed)

B18A: 21-23deg @ 1500rpm

B18B: 17-19deg @ 1500rpm

B20A: 14deg @ 600-800rpm

B20B, B20E, B20F: 10deg @ 600-800rpm
