Hello

I brought my 92' 960 into the dealer for a free oil change/ engine shampoo /wheel rotation. While I fully understand that nothing is really free, I thought I'd give it a go.

Well about an hour after picking up the car (only drove it home from dealer 5 miles) ,my wife goes out to pick up groceries and calls me frantically...Smoke is pouring out from under the hood and the car is shaking alot. I called a tow truck and met them at the parking lot. When we started it again there wasnt any smoke but the shaking has me guessing maybe only 5 cylinders are firing. Perhaps water or what ever cleaner has gotten into the wiring or????

any guesses or solutions would be appreciated. where did this "service" go wrong??
