/// That is actually the same observation as your first post. Test the things I gave you, pull the test plug in the exhaust system in front of the Catalytic converter and drive the car. If the problem stops or gets better take the car in for testing at Midas and a new catalytic converter. ($300?)

If removing the test plug doesn't help replace the fuel filter. ($30/40?)Then repost your results and some one will help you. If you have access to tools you can test the flow/pressure after the filter rather than spend the money. It is a manitenance item.

I don't have a 91 but the things I gave you are basic tests to eliminate one thing or point to another solution. If there is something special about the 91 history, I won't be able to help you but some one who has a 91 will.

DO THOSE FIRST TESTS then repost.
